A lean corporate team means the people who make decisions about a hotel are the same people who visit it. Nothing is delegated to a layer that has never walked the property.
On the ground
Our footprint is concentrated so leadership can be on site the same day. Problems that are seen in person get solved differently to problems that arrive as a line in a report.
Direct access
Owners and partners deal with principals, not an account manager. If you are trusting us with an asset, you should be able to reach the person responsible for it.
